The basis of trust in cooperation

The ADSp habe detailed provisions on mutual rights and obligations in the carrying out of transports contracts. 

These terms are recommended by all main industrial and trading associations in Germany: Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie e.V. (BDI), Bundesverband des Deutschen Gross- und Aussenhandels e.V. (BGA), Bundesverband Spedition und Logistik e.V. (BSL), Deutschen Industrie- und Handelstag (DIHT), Hauptverband des Deutschen Einzelhandels e.V. (HDE).
